Optical character recognition

Reading printed text from a scan is a solved problem; reading handwriting is not. A plausible guess attached to an exam script is worse than no text at all, so this site does neither rather than doing one badly.

PDF to Word

A faithful conversion has to reconstruct a document structure that the PDF never recorded. The results are consistently poor enough that rebuilding from extracted text is faster. PDF to Text gives you the words.

Password cracking

A properly encrypted PDF is not opened by guessing, by us or by anyone. Unlock PDF requires the password, always. That is a settled position, not a feature waiting to be built.

Watermark removal

A watermark normally states who owns a document or how it may be used. Removing one in order to pass the document on is not something this site helps with.
