ExamPDFView is provided free of charge, as it is, with no warranty. You may use it for personal, educational and commercial purposes alike. There is no account, so there is nothing to agree to beyond the reasonable expectations below.
What you agree not to do
- Upload files you do not have the right to process
- Attempt to remove protection from documents that are not yours
- Use the site to infringe anyone's copyright
- Automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for others
- Attempt to compromise the site or the machines it runs on
Copyright in the documents you process
Nothing you upload becomes ours. We claim no rights over your files, and they are deleted within thirty minutes.
Equally, processing a document here does not change who owns it. Exam board material, textbooks and journal articles remain the property of their publishers; rearranging one for your own study is ordinarily fine, and republishing it is not. That judgement is yours to make.
Limits
This site is provided without warranty of any kind. Check every result before you rely on it - particularly redactions, which should always be verified by searching the output yourself, and compressed documents, which should be read before the original is deleted.
We are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Keep your original files. That is not a legal formality: it is the single practical precaution that makes everything else here safe to use.
Availability
There is no uptime guarantee. This is a small independent site and it occasionally goes down. Nothing here is a system of record, and nothing you need should exist only in a job that has not been downloaded yet.
