Getting in touch
Email is the only channel, and it reaches the four people who run the site. There is no ticketing system and no chatbot.
Write to [email protected]. For a security issue, use [email protected], which is also published in the security.txt file at the well-known location.
What is useful to include
The more specific, the faster this goes.
- The page you were on, as a URL
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- For a tool problem, roughly what the file was - how many pages, whether it was a scan, how large
- Do not send us the file unless we ask; almost always we do not need it
What we will not respond to
Guest post offers, link exchange requests, paid placement enquiries and outreach about improving our search rankings. None of these are accepted, no reply will be sent, and repeated messages are filtered.
We also cannot help with recovering a forgotten PDF password, obtaining exam papers, or removing protection from documents that are not yours. Those are settled positions rather than questions we are still considering.
Corrections
If something here is factually wrong, we want to know. Corrections are made in the text and the page's review date is moved, so you can see when a page last had a human read it.
